On 23rd August, 2024, WICCI Karnataka Yoga Council invited Roopa Pai, one of the leading female authors of our country for children to have a conversation on understanding parenting wisdom from ancient India. She is one of the biggest names when it comes to books for children with over 25 books and her 'GITA for children' is one of a kind, listed by Amazon India as one of the hundred books to read in a lifetime. She is also a freelance journalist.
She pursued her degree in engineering and then went after her dream of becoming a writer and even though she belonged to a middle class family. Her hard work and faith in the process paid off very well.
